what the torque numbers on this please. (mains and rods) i cant find them. its for a 98 2.4 ld9 with clevitte bearings and eagle rods

DFF- Breaking The Boundary

I will shoot them up tomorrow, I am doing mune tomorrow. I know that the mains are 80ftlbs if you are using ARP studs. And thats with the Moly grease, not sure on the rods.
