You mean the 2.3L quad 4 Manifold and the 2.4 twin cam manifold.

The above is either a LO or HO manifold. I can not tell from that angle.

i have the stock 2.3 intake. what is the difference between the stock one and 2.3 HO intake???
You need to be more clear... What are you trying to say?
The Lo is smaller than the HO and flows less.
In my personal opinion I would keep the stock 2.4 manifold unless you have either a turbo or port & polished head with cams.

its an LO ..you can kinda tell by the bottom..but the vacuum lines on the top are a dead give a way.

I would change the lifters with stock 2.4 ones, but some say you'll be fine reusing them.
Computer will run fine.

that depends on what cams you go with, whether or not you ported and polished the head, and what other bolt ons you have.... do some reading and see.

It can be done with HPTuners, but with out upgraded valve train to support it you will BLOW IT UP, so or later. also why over rev a stock engine?

after taxs i am hopfully getting the motor rebuilt and putting a turbo on it. so i was just wondering. someone was saying if i use the 10.1.1 comprestion pistons i wont need to run a turbo is that true???
wont need to run a turbo? raising the compression to 10:1 will make more power..but NO WHERE near what a turbo would do..so whoever told you that i wouldnt listen to them anymore...right about now im really confused..your talking about secret cams and 2.4 intakes..but your PROFILE says you have a 95 2.3 engine...so which is it??? cus if you ALREADY have a quad then you ALREADY have the cams !!!!! hahahaha
well from what i got off the vin numbers is that is a 95 z24 with the 2.4DOHC but ever one says that it should be 2.3 but its not.
The 2.3s that came in the 95 Z24s are far from the True 2.3 HOs anyways.
there was no 2.4 in 95..so if you DO have a 95 z24 then you have a 2.3...UNLESS someone swapped the 2.4 into it....so answer me this...go look under your hood...and tell me where your oil fill cap is at..that will settle this..and just for the record,since you read VIN..if the 8th digit in your VIN is a "D" then the car came with a 2.3 quad4 and SHOULD even say quad4 on the engine cover....now go find out where your oil filler is at and get back to me...hell,if you feel ballzy take a pic and post it ..we can go from there
Yeah knowing exactly what motor you have makes a big difference in help you. If you have a 2.3 then you already have part of the secret cams in the car. You should also have a 2.3 LO intake manifold as well.

wow..you didnt have to do all that..all you had to do was tell us the 8th digit of the VIN and WE could have told you which engine you had lol
and before you get too far into this you REALLY need to learn what you have before you buy anything...like the secret cams..kinda useless on your engine since your STOCK intake came is half of the secret cam swap.you already have a 2.3 manifold with a 56mm throttle body ....what all do you plan on doing with this car??
