I started my car when i had the exhaust off at the down pipe, and i gave it some gas, then @!#$ it off for being too loud so i get back to hook up the new exhaust and im pretty sure it was gas that dripped a bit out of the down pipe and the exhaust itself smells like gas aloooot!
Could someone give me some ideas of what to look for if there's anything wrong.

Well, you might have screwed you o2 sensor up since it was seeing @!#$loads of oxygen more than likely. Otherwise if you started it cold with an open downpipe and revved the piss out of it you should expect it to be rich as hell.
That's what i was thinking it could be i am gonna check my o2 sensor tonight, and yes it was started cold. But there was actually a puddle the circumference of a beer can
not sure if that alot. But could there be any other reasons. Also i hooked up my exhaust a little later then took out my test pipe and it still dripped a bit, it was cold start when i did that too.
