This is not a gp thread however we will be throwing in the side exit extension for free if ordered by Feb 1st The prices and specs are as follows:

I have no interest Atomic, but I know magnaflow uses T304 for practically all of their SS exhaust components such as the resonators, mufflers, cats, etc. but potential buyers here might be interested in what type of stainless piping you will be going with (i.e. 409, 304, 316, etc)?

Good to see you guys found a dependable bender

I have no signiture

My only question

Will you guys still be offering a downpipe that will bolt to the stock 3 bolt flange at the end of the stock manifold?

Im interested, maybe, might have to wait a month or so.

Yes we do plan on having both pace setter and stock manifold bolt up options. Those will be soon to follow but we wanted to concentrate on the cat backs first befor we turn out attention to the Mid pipes.

Whalesac- Yes thanks. All of our stainless items will be 304 including pipeing unless otherwise requested.

Thank you very much.
I'll be ordering before Feb. 1st too and am also interested in the Pacesetter back, full exhaust if available.
If not, a catback will do fine in 2.5 sizing in mile steel. There's no use in going stainless if I plan on dropping a turbo on he car soon anyway.
What about shipping for the product? 39564 would be my postal zip if possible and this gives me an idea of the total cost for everything.
Thanks again guys for an exceptional looking product.

Wow $450 for 3" t-304 and no muffler.....hmmm...

Tig and purge welded? Cleaned the carbon from the welds on the stainless ones? Using v-band clamps? Lifetime warranty?

..seems pricey to me.

Thanks for your help and support along the way on this Misnblu. I look forward to your order.

Cody- Yes all our exhausts are Tig welded stainless and mild all the way down to the hangers. All exhausts come with v-bands i would not use anything less. These exhausts along with all my products have a warranty against fabrication defects. As far as price goes I feel these are very well priced for the quality, fitment, and design that went into these. Our exhausts were never meant to be cheap just high quality product that the J market lacks. Besides if you dont like our product you could always opt for the $600+ 2.5" Magnaflow

I agree it seems a little pricey... But I am at almost $600 with everything I want..

Cat, resonator, downpipe, 2.5 inch mild piping

but I think to myself... its everything I want... bolt on, all designed to work together... not a bad deal

^^ Exactly. But really thats about the same price as going to a regular exhaust shop and this looks and probably is better quality.

Only reason I personally feel they are a little pricey is because we too sell the same thing. Only difference is for the same price of the t-304 3" you offer, we supply a muffler, tip, installation if they come to us, and Lifetime Guarantee our workman ship.

The bottom one is my own personal setup and would cost more around the $600 range for someone but just shows we can be creative.

G'luck on the sale tho. Its nice to see other companies coming out still helping to help this community.

Wow Cody....way to thread jack and turn this into advertising for you. I never would have expected that from you, but I guess when you get a little competition you do whatever you can to get sales eh? We aren't trying to compete with anyone, just trying to offer a solid product that people can count on.

Nope not like that at all since we don't sell these to customers via online ordering, and I don't foresee it anytime soon either. Due to the nature of j-body owners they are not going to travel a couple hundred miles to come to us and have one installed anyways. Farthest away has been from PA. There is too much room for error while building these exhaust piece by piece like this, so we only build this to order on the vehicle in our shop. That way when they leave our shop, we know everything is installed properly and the customer is happy..

So no, i'm not in here to steal your guys thunder. Just showing what we do for a comparison and why I felt your a little pricey. So don't worry about loosing interested people in this thread, no one is local except Phil, and we already owe him a favor anyways.

Not to insult but if you have that much variance that you can't make 2 systems nearly identical then I think you need to make a better jig.

We have had no problems in replicating our setups within the tolerances that the car allows for each and every time. It's not that hard with an amazing fabricator like Adam and the jigs he makes for his parts like this. Once we have a few of these sold we will move on to the downpipes and then to the Cobalt products we have designed up as well.

As Adam stated if there are ANY questions please contact us. Adam's phone number is 815-671-1227 and mine is 630-842-7084. You can usually get a hold of me between 8am and 10pm, but that doesn't mean I'll be near a computer LOL. I drive a semi during the week but I can definately help you with the technical aspects of this product.

Just wait till you get a bitching customer with LS sport rear bumper and the muffler isn't 100% centered in the exhaust hole and want a new exhaust sent to them. But w/e....maybe thats just NE J-body owners who cannot figure out how to install something that's straight forwards.

Good luck with everything tho Ryne.

All parts that AF/TVR produces come with a workmanship guarantee. If it is our fault that the product does not fit perfectly, we will replace it. We stand behind our work and have tested it on enough cars that Adam and I are satisfied everything will fit properly. If something happens and this isn't the case we will work with the customer to correct the problem. If someone is just nit-pisking at the smallest thing like a 1/8in difference in gaps or something we will handle that appropriately.

Hopefully this takes off as well as it looks like it should.

Im sorry cody but i find this very un professional. I make it a point to uphold the best reputation for myself, my work, and my shop. I do this by not bad talking my competitors or there work or pricing. You wont find a negative post from me anywhere on this forum for that matter. I would expect the same from all shop owners/employees on here. I also dont think your looking at our exhausts equally your exhaust is a "cat back" ours is not. My exhausts has 2 v band clamps @ $75 each where you have one 3 bolt at $15. I do this for a living as a professional shop so our over heads are probably not even close. All of this needs to be taken into account when pricing an item like this. Not to knock your work as it dose seem to be decent but go apples for apples if your going to compare.

Just to give everyone an idea of the quality welds going onto these exhausts. This was off a custom fuel cell we built for a drag car.

Qwibby - Yes that was our main goal when we set out to build these. We wanted to give people as complete of a setup as we could. Built to there specs with least amount of hassles. So say if someone were going turbo and they picked up our 3" system. All they would have to do is fab a short pipe off the turbo down to our existing exhaust. Once we get the mid pipes finished up they will be a complete setup. I would also like to offer a header for each application by late spring early summer of next year pending interest at the time.

As for everyone else im sorry you had to read through all that. Thats not what i had in mind for this post.
For everyone interested though the exhaust will be up on the site tonight. We do go through google checkout or pay-pal whatever you feel more comfortable with. Ill have a direct link up for everyone once were finished. Thanks for the interest everyone.
