hey everyone i have come accross another chance for a possable swap and was wanting to know of any links or wether it will work. i have a buddy who has a 99 chev malibu auto with the 2.4 in it for 300 the prob is that the head gasket is blown ive done one on those engines before! the real question is can i put it in my cavy?? and if so what will i need?? will the tranny and motor mounts work with it?? any tips welcome!

the 2.4 doch is ALSO a Quad...

i know if im not mistaken they made refinements when they stopped calling it quad four and just put 2.4 twin cam on it.

sorry i was not specific i have a 2001 cavy with a 2.2l and was wandering if the 2.4 with tranny will swap and what will be needed out of the 99 malibu if swap can be done
