LN2/2200 and 1.8/2.0 compatibility questions
Thursday, March 19, 2009 12:06 PM
I was wondering if anyone had any specs on the 1.8ohv and 2.0ohv engines that came before the LN2/2200. Basically I want to see if we can mix and match parts to create a better engine. Specifically I'm looking for stroke/bore, piston, crackshaft, conn rods, head compatibility, compression ratios, ect. It would be awesome if we could stroke or de-stroke the 2200 using a mixture of pistons, rods, and the crankshaft from previous models. Thank you for any and all info.

You're not going to be able to stroke, but the 1.8L double-roller timing set is nice

Hey, Notec... That link you posted don't work! Could you fix it, please?
