okay when i put my upper motor mount in the engine seemed to be lower, like the bolt from the mount touches the belt. now i have heard of the rksport mount to make the engine raise a little bit, is this true? and will it get the bolt off of my belt? if not can i shave the bolt?

What upper engine mount did you use?

RK Sport and TTR mounts are made to the same spec as stock, so neither will raise nor lower your engine.

As long as its the right mount it shouldnt move where the motor sits.
I could understand it raising the engine slightly, thats only if your old mount was toast and all the rubber was gone.
