make me a manifold to fit DCOE pattern throttles and you'll not only see it, you'll hear it and watch the video too.

Look at the pictures for more than three seconds and you will see and intake filter that could only lead down to a turbo.

aamfab:

quick question.. are the runners running straight off the flange perpendicular? or did you angle them upwards slightly to clear the rad support?

they are angled up some but if they were perp to the head i think they would still clear the rad.

WOW I guess some people just look at pictures and dont read...... he said he COULD have bolted them up.... and thanks for circling all of my parts for me... i have always had problems with the "Where's Waldo" books....

the point is... if anyone wants ITBs for an ecotec... AMMfab can make them...

Hmmm I like this idea... And considering I'm moving to arizona in december you would have a car for mock up. How far are you from avondale?

Someone needs to do this to an ecotec so we can all say "K20 what?"

GMR has got nothing on this

haha yea there's a lot more than ITBs to building a powerful n/a engine.

K series has a lot of good qualities in stock form that an eco would need mods to equal.. and some of those qualities wouldn't be able to be added.. there's a lot of good design at work in the K series head.

Good to know...please explain...I know this is a GM forum but I would like to know what the competition has to offer. I asked a friend of mine with a hatch but he wasn't to knowledgeable with the engine internally wise...all he said was higher compression and bigger cams.

this should help you, so we don't spam this ITB thread with K20 information

WOW Thats cute SS-J... these are actual throttle bodies not your horrible attempt to photo shop ITBs on a car WITH a stock intake manifold... these are already linked together and can easily be bolted up to any ecotec engine... there is no "photo-shop" involved on any of the original pics...
