I HAVE AN 01 Z i have been running a gm performance highflow manifold but need to replace it i have the hiflo magnaflow cat and 2.25 cat back magnaflow system

im looking at the dc sport on the turbo tech site and it says comes with a flange to work with OE cat whish is what i have

i dont want to replace my cat or cobb it up wo run a new header and want to know if any one has this set up now???

sounds like it will work just want to be sure before i spends 400$

mine came with the main section that bolts to the head, then a 2-1 section that bolts to that, then a cat delete section that bolts to that.

then the cat delete just bolts right up to the stock catback.

one problem- i am pretty sure dc sports discontinued the header so i highly doubt ttr can actually get it.

yea i emailed aaron from TTR about one this past august and he told me

sucks, cause as far as i know its the only header with a cat delete option for our cars.
but you said you're looking to use the cat, so if you're looking for a 4-2-1 style header for the LD9 take a look at this.

a pacesetter will work and there half the price of the dc and rk sport...

Pacesetter ceramic coated is the way to go. Being DC Sports is not available.

CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I HATE THE PACE SETTER i had them on my old car years ago and they DO NOT last

maybe i outta fine an old cast iron mani and use it to make a jig and break out the welder and make my own i just dont know there to find a flange to bolt to my head on the exhaust side

Yes, that is why he recommended the Ceramic coated one...........and not the plain un-coated one that RUSTS. ~Shakes head~
