vibrant is decent especially if you toss in an 18" or longer resonator. My other suggestion would be a magnaflow catback, either the one they sell specifically for your car or just get a catback fabricated with magnaflow components.

I am currently running a custom catback with 2.25" piping, 22" Magnaflow resonator and 18" long 4"x9" oval body Magnaflow muffler....sounds great and doesn't drone when cruising on the highway.

I have a clip of what it sounded like on the previous owners car. It was running on a eco and now I have it on my LN2, sounds a little different but not much.

3" in and out ftw!!

Modified Pacesetter Header

I put this together for around $500. If would have been cheaper with out the vbands but they make everything so nice. Loosen 3 nuts and i can take this whole thing off in under 10 minutes!!

You know I ended up buying a SR*S exhaust off of eBay that was a full catback and sounds MAGNIFICENT! Install required you to find a 95-99 cav/fire 4dr only to get the exhaust mount BEFORE the axle near drivers side skirt (not after axle in center of car) to work correctly.

THE COMPANY IS EASY TO WORK WITH AND IS NEGOTIABLE ON PRICE!!!! Haggle a bit, you'd be surprised at how much lower you can get the price to be (I sure was surprised!) Normal auction price is $200 + s/h

Here's a current auction link for the 2.4l

I was hell bent on buying a Magnaflow system, but definitely can recommend this system for fit, finish, and sound! They also have GREAT customer support from my own personal experience.

If you want, I can make a vid of the system installed, and you can here it for yourself... PM me if you have any issues installing this system. I'd be happy to help.

Another side note, the SR*S system is made completely of T-304 Stainless Steel and comes with a removable silencer.

EBAY...has some good stuff but you must be careful on how long the stuff will last...

I currently have 2.25" piping magnaflow cat, magnaflow 22" 4" round resonator, magnaflow #14325 muffler

It is quite low hum until you get on it...At that point its a loud deep roar. No rasp whatsoever.
