So i poped the hood and i was shocked i was like wtf and lol she was like what the hell , and i said how much you pay for it .she said 3,500 from a dealer.... dude i just feel bad for her lol.

..... I have seen a vert, with a blue chevy badge on the hood and trunk ..... usually meaning 2.2 or 2200.
I doubt it had the hood and trunk replaced ..... but i never saw the engine ..... so it might not be!

I am 100% sure you are wrong.

I am 100% glad that I said 99% instead 100% earlier, haha.

who doesnt open a hood when buying a car?
court will laugh at you
car seems to be mechanically sound
no laws against selling a car with a motor swap
hell dealers put GT stickers on 2.2s all day long
again who doesnt look under the hood, girl or not, buyer beware.

If I remember correctly post 98 all verts were gts. Earlier years you could get the 2.2. But if it was swapped and not advertised as such I would take it to court. There us a significant blue book price difference between the two motors

cant do anything if she bought the car " AS IS"
