B&M shift plus kit help
Sunday, September 15, 2013 9:57 AM
I'm looking for a shift kit for my 98 cavalier. I found the b&m shiftplus on Jegs for cheaper than the turbo tech site. They both have the same part numbers but the jegs one says it won't work on cavs and the turbo tech one says it only works for cavs. Id like to know if the jegs one will work. Any input would be appreciated.

You can usually make these for less then $10. They are usually a 3 position switch a 2 different resistors. 10ohm and 20ohm. All they do is connect to usually the blue wire on the transmission and makes the torque management I believe its call become lower or off completely. I made these for a few people for their s10s and camaros.
