i plan on getting forged internals in my 2.4l, i was just wondering what kind of numbers i would be putting down?
does anyone know?

most of the time forged components are lighter than their cast counterparts. especially in the LD9 is this apparent. lightening up the rotating assembly IS going to free up some power. not only is it going to be able to spin more freely, they come balanced and will allow the engine more RPM and smoother revs. no its not 50whp but it should be worth something.

depends on goals and such but if you say go with a domed piston, you will be raising the compression ratio, which for an LD9 also increases power.
