92 octain for S/C eco?
Monday, May 09, 2016 12:29 PM
ok so i just realized after getting everything for my S/C setup that i need 92 octain according to the instructions...here is the problem...there is no 92 octain in my city...not for over a 1hr drive away...all we have is 91 ocatin...will this be good enough? There is a husky store that has E92 and E94...but i was told to avoid ethanol gases like the plague as your fuel economy will plummet to the ground...what say u guys? input on ethanol gases? Shud i just suck it up n fill up with E92?

93 is more common than 92, that is what I am tuned on. If you have your car tuned instead of going with the GM crap flash it will be tuned to whatever is in your tank whether its 89 or 91 or 93.
