WTB: Black body kit
Wednesday, November 29, 2006 2:01 PM
Something where the side skirts don't go to the door. I have a 4 door to work with here, I'm looking at the bomex model myself right now, but if anyone has something better I'll consider that. Drop me a pm or post me some pics in here. I prefer black, but if I really like what I see I can work around it. Not to bad at painting , I just hate doing it. Let me know guys. Won't be able to buy till after christmas, but let me know so I can figure how much I need to work for.

I not sure if the sides will fit, but I have a razzi kit off of my brothers 04 black cavy. The front was professionally pained, and the sides and rear were painted by some guy.....my brother. They look ok, but they are a little ruff. I mean they are painted well, but need to be wet-sanded better. 350 for the KIT.

Front and rear are bumper COVERS not full Bumpers. And the kit is urethane I think.
Also have a VIS hood if you want it. 350.

it's mine boy, back off!! just playing, and MD those sides will fit my car, so I am really interested in it. I'll try to save up some cash before the new year comes in, if you can hold em that would be great, if not then thanks for the offer man, I'll just have to go through the maker.

it should fit all third gen models, which I think the 99 falls into...not to sure tho.

It will only FIT 03-05s cavalier, no 00-02s, and no 95-99s.
First come, first serve on the KIT, I just want to get rid of it, but everytime i think it is sold the person backs out, or never shows up. ~~shrugs~~

Pick up only, or can you send it my way. I live in Findlay and may be willing to pay extra for the shipping. Trust me, once I say I'll buy, I stand by it. It's just gathering the cash...

I rather meet you halfway. I think cleveland would be a good spot its about 50 minutes from my house, and I am assuming about 50 from you. But I rather meet halfway then try and ship it.

Understood, Once I have money we'll work this out. Anyway I can get you to drop the price on the hood if I buy it as a package with the kit?

YES! I'll talk to my brother, but if you buy both. I might be able to get him to lower price.

Brother said. "300 for kit & 400 for hood."
So I guess he wants 700 no matter what.

That's a badass deal for all of that, especially seeing you won't have any paint costs being it's already black.

Cant disagree with that. You're not gonna get much better deal on a painted kit dude.

True dat. You could install them first. Or, you SHOULD be able to (if you drive by yourself) fit an entire body kit in the car.

Terry - The only thing I see being a slight possible problem with an install is the rear bumper on your car because if the dual exhaust doesnt line up, then you'll have an issue and have to have that modified at Muffler bros' or something. But like mentioned, those are bumper COVERS. So they install over the factory one.

For the record, with the backseat folded down, and the passenger seat slid forward, I fit the whole RKSport Type-J kit in my Z.

awesome, thats what I want to hear. I actually thought about that. Taking out the subs in the trunk and just having the back seat down the entire time.....And I'm not putting wrnech time in as soon as I get up there...its too @!#$ cold! And J I took that into consideration when I saw them. I'm pretty sure they will work fine. It is a simular backend that RK uses and I have the RK exhaust...If not, then I got some cutting and weilding to do!!

that about makes up my mind, Maybe I'll be able to pull off some magic trick and have enough for the kit and the hood...I would be very happy! But my mind is set on that kit, so heres praying you dont get rid of it before I get money.
