I did the same swap. I looked for over a year to get all the components. I never got lucky enough to get it all in one place. Forget the low priced you pull it yards, no 03-05 Sunfires.
I found a hood on www.car-part. com
The small braces and brackets, which are different than Cavalier, I bought new from the dealer.
As for the headlights, save yourself the aggravation on finding them. I bought a brand new pair from here

i have a stock front bumper. not painted in good shape. if u want it 50 bucks for it. im located in grand rapids michigan.
