Rims are in Excellent condition, a tiny scratch on one of the lips from the key socket falling on it.

I think you need a tech 2 or something. I cant remember exactly. My friend gave it to me out of his Z a while ago but then I was told thats what I needed to make it work so I never put it in.

All you need to do is put the tech II on it, and program your VIN in to it.
i just did that with the 05 XM Ready radio i put in mine
