HP Tune in pennsylvania?

I was looking to get a good HP tune in the near future. I'm not familiar with the tuning process and was wondering if anyone tuned in the altoona, pa area or close to it atleast.. lol

Let me know what my options are if there are any tuners out there!

I did some searching and found a dyno tune in indiana which is only like an hour away. I'm not sure if they do cavaliers or not but i've contacted them about it and i'll see what they say.

its slowboy racing.. but they have a lot of project cars.. and a good rep with the foreign cars.. lol.

They also offer head porting and other machine shop jobs! If they work with cavaliers I might have them port my head then give me a tune.

I planned on having everything that is listed in my sig plus a full 2.25 exhaust.. 2.4L swap intake manifold.. triflow cams.. and maybe larger injectors as well so why not have the head ported while im at it!

.. ugh i wish i had the edit button, lol. But if i decided to go with them would it hurt driving that hour with all the additional mods? I know the afr will be off like crazy, lol. BUt would it be safe.. for me and the engine..

Slowboy is realy popular with dsm's and other turbo vehicles. i doubt they would do anything unless it was for an assload of money

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAV TO SLOWBOY!!!

PLEASE!!!

they would most likely blow it up, and they dont have HPT as far as i know.

i dunno....i wouldnt trust anyone who uses an energy drink can as a catch can.....

i see hpt, but see no alpha-n vehicles on thier lists.....and also see an affiliation with slowboy in there as well.

i would drop them a line to be sure, but they dont seem very expirienced in the alpha-n tuning.

he is magic....I can get from PA to california in about 1 hour too....

Aparently you are unaware that PA likes to name thier towns after other states.

it is indiana, PA....or California, PA.

I got a wideband installed.. the aem uego.. and i let the car warm up to operating temp and noticed that my afr is about 15.5 to 16.3.. at idle. I take it as being rich but is that anything I should be worried about immediately or can i hold off a little to save up to get me hpt?

Also i'm not sure what afr I should be more interested in.. the afr while driving the car.. or the afr while idling the car. I noticed that when I give a little gas the afr drops to like 14.8 and sometimes down into the 13's.. Any help would be appreciated.

I wonder if that TPG place realizes that using tires WAY too wide for the rim is actually worse for handling and traction.... Someone go to that link and look at the pic of the black Eclipse... that tire bulge is stupidly huge.
