Left over RetroFitting equipment for sale

I have a few things that can be used to retro fit projectors into you headlights for sale. Or to make some other crap with it, I need to design a larger vacuform to encompass the one peice headlights I am designing so the smaller one has to go.

1 Home-Made Vacuform used to make the ABS bezels around the projectors. - $75

Heres an out look once you mold the ABS onto the headlight

A set of Murano Fog Light projectors w/ H3 bulbs- $60

Was using them for the one piece but opted against foglights for the time being.

One set of FX35 Projectors- $65

One of the projectors has little rock chips on the lens not really visible until you really look at them It doesnt affect light output at all either.

With all these items you can make your own set of projectors pretty easily and or make some profit from them.

EDIT***** Forgot to add I do have the ABS plastic I can include with the Vacuform for an extra $40... Already cut to size roughly 50 sheets I believe are left.

Ryan- depends on your skill level with wood and math. Me and a friend tossed it together in a matter of minutes using left over wood I had in my shed. One main concern is the volume of the box and the vac's hp. If you have too small of a vac and a big box it wont work correctly; or vis versa, a vac to big and the box to small depending on the item your vacuforming the ABS might tear apart.. If you have the right size vac and a right size box for it, it should work perfectly.

Stephen- PM me your measurements since I have alot of abs in my house that I cant use for my one piece headlights Im producing.

The sheets Im selling right now with the vacuform are a really great price. They are forming grade abs not the crap you get on ebay, I spent over $100 for 2 .093 thickness 48x96 sheets then I cut them down to size of the vacuform. The ABS is Black, the white one in the pics were used for something else. The reason I use .093 thick abs is do to it having a higher melting point so I dont have to worry about it warping in the sunlight. What Im selling them for now is less than half of what I paid for it. Its one hell of a bargain

For those who don't believe me this is the company I purchase my abs from ABS SHEETS

So this uses a household vac? Do they provide calculations if you're using a central vac? I'm sure mine's got to have some serious power over floor vacs.

I use a wet/dry vac 3hp or something like that. So you should be perfectly fine, up to about 6hp.
