Does anyone know how many 2.0L LeManses were built? I am looking for one and I can’t find one anywhere. If you know someone with one, please let me know

89-93 I used to have a 89 but it wastn't a 2.0 it was a 1.6

i didnt know they made lemans in the 80s and 90s, the only ones ive ever seen is in the 60s and they come out with a v8. i guess it was like the chevy nova they downsized in the late 80s for gas mileage
This Pontiac Lemans was a rebadged Open Kadett from Europe and other areas, there are usually one or two that pop up at the junk yard around here
yea, I had an 1988 1.6L 5 speed. That thing was hot! I really want to get the 2.0L and play with it.

is the 2.0 the SOHC that was also offered in the sunbirds?
if so, what transmission was used?

That would be a nice lightweight platform if you could stuff a quad 4 or a 660 in there.
