Hey guys i got ned's old car and man is it tore apart under the hood So i was just wondering if anyone had a walkthrough of how to reinstall a cylinder head. Pictures would be great. I want to get this thing up and running GOOD before the GMSCB. So any help would be appreciated.

Someone might help you if you tell us what engine you are talking about. Its hard to read minds across the internet.. too many buildings and trees in the way.

Hes talking about a 2.0 OHC turbo. I'm not really sure how to tell you how to put the head back on....just clean up the surfaces on the head and the block, put a new head gasket on it and bolt it back together in a spiral pattern so you dont streach the head then plug in all the sensors and stuff that was taken off, then set the timming and your good to go. If you need any specific help with anything just post it up here and I'll let you know were it goes, or how it goes together

one thing, it may be a good idea to take the head to a machine shop while you've got it off to make sure its not warped, always a good idea with our gasket-blowin OHCs

well it is a new reman'd head so the resurfacing doesnt need to be done. i know ned had a lot of (trick) stuff done like running 6 injectors and stuff like that. So i am just wondering what i am getting myself into. Also i found a jyard that had an engine so i might just get the right ideal from that engine. Also i am thinking about picking up a stock fuel rail and then running bigger injectors and water injection. And run a lot of boost. Hopefully all before the Bash!!!! Well i will post up progress tomorrow morning and any questions i might have i will post up here. Thanks for offering for the help.
