sunbird turbo flooding on starting engine

I have a problem for my sunbird turbo and it's pretty annoying. Before changing all sorts of pieces on the car for nothing i came here to catch some info before doing anything to try to fix the problem. When i start the engine cold, sometimes it start well a little but everytime i go for a drive, i stop the engine and when i try to start it again, it flood badly and can't start it almost. I have to push the gaz pedal to maximum and let it go 2 secs after it start, and after that it takes like one minutes to burn the extra gaz and after that it seems ok when it is start. Just wandering if you guys would know what's the problem. Sorry for my english a little i'm french hehe Thx in advance.

Hey guys don't mind my message i post early for this purpose. I found the problem and it was my coolant sensor that was not in proper working order. I replace it and everything is under control so back on the road again!
