all you guys that buy the konis and KYBs,  you buy them so you can adjust them for the sol purpus of racing right??  i was thinking of just useing a sensa-trak just so I can get it lowered.

no we buy them because oem struts arent meant to be lowered on and the aftermarket struts can handle the lowering spring or coils that are put on them w/o having the car bounce all over
 
 
Sensatrak = basically stock strut
The best possible cheap strut will be KYB AGX's.
GR2's are basically stock
Tociko blues (hp seires i believe) are basically stock.
Sensatrak are below either of the above 
The only way I would waste my money on the top 2 is if I was only going with a mild drop around 1" NO LOWER. If you are gonna buy new struts now get good ones for a little more. You are probably gonna spend around $300 on basically stock struts when you could just buy the AGX's off ebay for around $350 shipped.
