Would you post a pic of yours and how you mounted the ecu/cruise around it

If you can find a used,DC Sport Bar,I would go that way it is made to fit with the Stock ECU,But the stock GM one can be found at most wrekers cheap..But at the end of the Day they all work the same..

I figured that they were all pretty close to the same. I will check out the yard sometime this week. They probably wont have one but its worth a try.

Heres a few pics...this is just temp, until i get the stock bracket cut to move back to the stock mounting location. all i did was move it to the front strut stud..The mouting points on the firewall stiffen it up ALOT. its two more points of resistanace which allow less body flex.

I am looking at TTR's page and they have the vibrant strut bar. Is it a decent one? I know they all work the same pretty much but does it look good? If I do go with that should I get the rear one too? I am not sure how that would even go on though.

The only thing with the Vibrant strut bar is you have to move the ECU out of the way some. Other than that it looks clean.

Keep in mind that the GM Strut Tower Brace is the only one that I know of that will accommodate an aftermarket hood.

I repeat, Others will hit the new aftermarket hood.

The GM STB will clear most ANY aftermarket / fiberglass / carbon fiber hood.
