Actually, I had a sort of knocking noise when going slowly over small bumps like driveway curbs and what not. I brought the car in and they said they changed a strut mount. Never happened again.
To this day I have no idea what was wrong with the strut mount to cause that noise.
That was with fully stock suspension under warranty.

the fronts i got from autozone, 87 for the pair
the rears they wanted like 40 each for.... i've heard you can get em around 25 each
Check tirerack and nopi, cheapest places I found for the KYB mounts that I used, and no, they are not any different then what you get from Autozone.
