Okay, I have all 4 bolts off of the rear hub and its sitting right now with many good squirts of penetrating oil but that sucker is on there. The only other thing I can think of at this point is to heat it up but I dunno if Im gonna be able to get my hands on a torch. Any suggestions??

just get a baseball bat and beat on the tire till it comes off thats what i do when i have this problem

Thanks for the suggestions guys I finally got it.. damn thing. I stuck the tire iron in there and just pried on it, I didnt want to do that for fear of screwing up the brake shoes but I finally got aggravated enough with it.
