baer makes a rear disc conversion. and i believe wilwood makes the rears too. i know they either make the front or the rears (i believe its the rear)
Baer, and SSBC make rear conversions
Willwood makes front brakes, a rear conversion is rumored to be in development

When I e-mailed Wilwood about them developing a rear brake kit for the J-platform this is what they had to say.......
At this time there are no eminent plans to produce a rear kit.
