-TTR Aluminum Lower Engine Mount in Red (Brand new not installed yet)

-Chrome 2.4 IDI Cover (Brand New not installed yet)

-New Fuel Pump done a couple months ago w/ a Carter fuel pump

You're planning on painting it, and possibly rebuilding the engine? You will spend more on those two things than the car will probably sell for. After all is said and done, it's still a 10 year old econobox. If you are thinking of selling it, don't have the work done to it. I'd say $2-3K max.

Ya sadly mods don't add much value to a car. You'd probably make more parting out the mods and selling the car as close to stock as you can get it.
