hey does any one know about the cavalier type-s. i seen one for sale here on my area. so if anyone knows the differrence about the z-24 and type-s would really help me
Its dealer rice. It proboly has the 115hp 2.2 OHV in it. All it is, is a regular cavy with stickers on it to raise the price of it. Dont waste your money on it, leave it for someother dumb@ss to get raped for a stock cavy.
yea that wat i was thinking also. i sent my friend to go buy it
haha, what a friend. Now you just need to convince said friend that its legitament, not dealer rice.
i did convince him to buy it
Theres a Cavalier going around here from ontario, with Cavalier Si decals all over it and racing stripes, lol

I have a pic of a "Cavalier GT" from the Cedar Point parking lot...

I think the "cavalier GT" is dealer rice too, I've seen a bunch of them, all with the same logos.
My car was originally as shown below. It was sold as an "RS", which existed for sure, but this was a dealer rice RS. It was basically a base model 1997 2.2, with 15" wheels, 4-speed auto, and a spoiler. As a bonus, I also got fancy "CavalierRS" decals on the doors, and fancy face vent decals along the sides, a la Ferrari Testarossa.

what is a s15 cav
he was joking. s15 is a nissan silvia/240sx. Its a generation identifier, not a trim level, though. popular for drift racing and JDM-type show cars.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I assumed it was some sort of in-joke about small GMC pickup trucks. (Chev S10 / GMC S15)

Yeah well mine is a M-1 Sunfire. THE TANK
Is the rally sport also a dealer's rice

Not usually. The RS "Rally Sport" was a real factory package. I'm not sure what equipment included or years it spanned, but it appears that they often featured charcoal-colored bumpers.
