Hmm i have had my head unit a pioneer 750 since they were first introduced, and its been a gem too me. But anyhow recently my head unit has started to act up, the sound stops working on it, i can see that its powered and everything is working normally but the sound just gets cut. But if i open the passenger side door and slam it, the sound will come on again for a few minutes until then i have to repeat this process to hear anything. Anyone know what might be causing this problem?
ONE OF PHILLY'S FINEST
possible loose wire somewhere, either in the rear wiring, or internal. Are all your connections twisted, crimped, or soldered? If twisted, undo em and try another method lol. But if all your wires are good, you may have a problem in the internals of the deck. Might be a 30 dollar fix or it might be a replace-your-deck fix.
if it changes when you slam your door...i would say it's a loose connection
