How the hell do i wire 2 dual 4 ohm subs , they say that they run 2 ohm or 8 ohm operation. I have 400 watt 4 channel amp, how should i wire it. I trade a car for the system it was already wired but it was @!#$.
You're probably going to want to get a different amp. Is the one you have bridgable? What impedence can it be run at? You could run each voice coil to a seperate channel, but to get more power you should look into getting either a 2 channel bridgable, or single channel Class D amp.

keep in mind, however, not all class D's are designed for one ohm. Make sure it is one ohm stable, or buy an amp that puts out your power at four ohms. The best way, obviously, is to run the coils in parallel, and the subs in parallel, which yields one, but if you don't find a one ohm amp, then run the coils parallel, and the subs series.
