car turns on only after pcm reset. THEFT SYSTEM!

ok so my car wont start. i was connecting the remote wire from my h/u to the one on the harness and then those to the one coming from the amp. after that the car wont turn on. i disconnected the negative battery terminal for like 20 minutes and connected it again and the car turned on. i left it on for like 10 secons then turned it off and turned it back on...then i turned it off and it wont start again. i havent tried reseting the pcm again but im sure this will work. when i go from on to off with the key, the theft system blinks like twice then just the light goes off.

also when i try to turn the car on like if im trying to crank it the check engine light comes on with the theft system...but then the theft sytem light goes off if i hold it to crank. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MY CAR???

ive tried the relearn passlock thingy but doesnt work..maybe somebody can shed some light to this...im suppose to move to florida in my car in a few hours!!! please help!!!!!!

HUH???
I don't get that part.
What wire in what harness did you connect it to??
O BTW, heres the relearn for your car just so u know ur doing it right...
00-05 J-car

1. Turn ON the igniton, with the engine OFF.

2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).

3. Observe the SECURITY telltale, it will be flashing. After approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.

4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes. The vehicle is now ready to relearn the PASSlock Sensor Data Code and/or passwords, on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.

IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the PASSlock Sensor Data Code and/or password on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You MUST turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.

6. Start the engine. The vehicle has now learned the PASSlock Sensor Data Code and/or password.
