Anyone ever heard of autotek amps? They reliable, quality and anything overrated? I am looking at one, a friend wants to sell me, it is a 1500rms mono block.
I havent been in the audio scene in a while but, they used to be a quality amp
autotek was bought out by maxxsonics a couple yrs ago. that is the company that owns crunch hifonics and a couple others. I believe they acquired mb quart also.
well he is asking 200 for it, i was going to try to talk him down to 180 or so. Or he has a combo deal for me. a walled s-10 box, (which i don't want because i don't need that), 2 12" FI SSD's, and that amp for 500. If I can get 100 off because i don't want the box is that a good deal? Or do you trust used subwoofers, thats the only deciding factor there, used or new.
I have 2 ss autotek amps now and have had 2 others in the past, and there by far the best amps ive ever owned. I would say get the amp off him for sure, but i dont know much about the subs.
