Fog lights stay on after I shut car off and won't cut off! Please help!

I have on 04 ls sport. Put ccfl halos on it and every time I turn on my high beams service engine light comes on. Today when I release my e brake to go my passenger side daytime light starts blinking and doesn't stop tip I turn my lights all the way on. Found out my driver side bulb is bad. Then later my fog lights came on and wouldn't shut off even after I walked away. The driver light fixed itself but then the fog lights stayed on. Disconnected battery and when I hooked it back up they were off. Started driving and when I shut the car off the same thing happens and then the driver side light barely flashed when I locked my doors. Now my car is sitting with a disconnected battery. Will someone PLEASE tell me what is going on. And please tell me I don't need to put my stock headlights back on.

Do the foglights turn off when the high beams are put on? Does the foglights switch work when the car is on? Is there any other mods to the headlights or foglights? Try leaving the car sit off and locked when the lights won't turn off. They should turn off after 10 mins as the battery run down protection I believe. If it doesn't, something is wrong with the drl relay or wiring I would suspepect.

No once the fog lights are on if u push the button they get brighter push it again they dim. Earlier today if I turned my high beams on they wouldn't shut off til I shut lights off.

And no just ccfl halos. H11 bulb. It's always been kinda dim. But earlier both my headlights were kids dimming in and out. It's not a bad alternator. It's wiring, relay, switch. Idk it's confusing me.
