sony headunit giving problems

my friend just bought this headunit and its giving 2 problems

one, the remote turn on doesnt work. its not sending any current. any quick fixes? like power the amp from somewhere else?

2. if you connect more than one rca to it, it makes crazy alternator noises. it could be the amp(lanzar pro vibe 600 watt), but i doubt it. we used one rca and split it into 2 to the amp and all channels sounded fine. but if we run 2 seprate lines, it starts making noises again.

1) quick fix would be to run a line from a fuse in your fuse panel to the amp. Just make sure you tap into a fuse that is only on when the switch is on.

2) Could be just a bad set of RCAs. I've had that happen. Otherwise, maybe a ground loop isolator may fix it.

Brakes? I don't need no stinking brakes....I have air bags
