There are special cleaners made for use on LCD screens. I believe the main difference is that they don't contain amonia. I know Monster makes some that I have. I got it at the Radio Shack where I work. Works pretty good, I'm happy with it.

Damp cloth with very very small drop of soap will clean everything you want.

Get yourself a synthetic lint free cloth, that way you won't scratch the screen, and you won't leave any lint. As far as a liquid, I would use alcohol, but sparingly.

what's the Cat # for those? I remember RS selling the old style LCD cleaner gel (was in a blue bottle, about 4 inches tall). But they went disco'd, and I haven't seen them since.

Thanks

Just a little bit of water and a lint free cloth..you know like the ones they sell to clean glasses...or an Oakley sunglass rag..same thing. This is what I use on my WUXGA Hi-Gloss laptop screen and there's not a swirl mark or scratch on it...and it looks like a mirror..just remember to suppert the backside of it if you intend to aplly a good bit of pressure to it...we wouldn' want you to snap off the thing now would we?

It's a 44-2120. It's pretty similar to the stuff we had before, but it's Monster, so it's "better"
It's $19.99 and comes with the microfiber cloth.
