Well, I hate to do this to you but I think it needs to be said. If you want good quality sound then you might want to save up a little more cash before you start buying stuff. A good Amp, box, and subs for under 300 is going to be hard to come by. Those Kicker Comps aren't bad. I had 2 12's in my first system and I was pleased with them with and Arc Audio amp, although I originally had a cheap profile amp and they sounded ok at best. I don't know much about that amp but my guess is soon you'll be wanting something better and you will have wasted your time and money on that amp. I would consider saving up a few more dollars, so you will be truly happy with the result.

Oh, and I didn't look on that ebay page for long, but don't buy anything without at least a 1 year warrantee

lol i asked for a choice of which one.. im not that much into audio ive had a cheap ass 700watt amp and 12'' popped that was ducted taped in my car.. so anything is an upgrade i guess ill just buy the sonys they have good reviews everywehre else
