Doing a search has never helped me, since I have been on JBO.
Since, I have been on JBO, it seems like people reach a certain level and stop there. Some people just don't want to tell you, because they don't want you to beat them

Who knows,
know what you mean by search. Don't take jbo searches to heart and just, becasue they did it doesn't mean you can do it. Some people are fakers on here. Also, some people don't have all their information in their profile or even on this website. (Like Me)
I had turbo setup built custom, because there wasn't a kit awhile back and people were using the saab setup. I wanted more power. I'm working on the same goal you are, so I'll get you in the area, but lbs of boost is just an figure. To some people 8 psi is nothing and they get no power, to others it's a lot and they get a lot of power.
I'm getting my engine from a core yard and rebuilding it. Valve job, headwork the whole nine yards. Also, I'm adding a supercharger. I don't know how well it will work, but I could care less what other people think. I just want to see what it will do for myself. I plan on building a Soltice GXP, so this is my experiment car.
One thing I know, a cool engine is a safe engine. What you need to me,
A Good Mechanic that knows how to tune well and troubleshoot well
A good towing service
A turbo that is at least a Super 60 or T3/T/4
An external wastegate.
ARP Bolts and Studs (Highly Recommended)
Jet Hot or powdercoating or ceramic coating
Pistons Wiseco, Venolia, JP
Eagle Rods
HPT Tuners or Megasquirt some sort of Fuel management system
A Turbo Header flows well, but you can make power with a log, too.
Bigger injectors, isn't a bad idea. You don't need huge injectiors though. Check flow rates.
A new Transmission, because your old one will probably go out running 18psi all the time
Engine Mounts upper and lower, one will crack soon or later.
A fuel pump, because the stock one will go out
Some kind of head work or a new head, would hurt to do some blockwork either
An underdrive pulley will help (Get a good battery like Optima while you are at it)
Front Mount Intercooler
Boost Controller, I like Turbo XS
Cooper HeadGasket
3 inch Exhaust. If you can do it on 2.5, you are good. You can use a cut-out like me or you can get a high flow cat
Slicks or some sort of drag radials, because you are going anywhere if you don't
Transmisson cooler (Hayden, B&M, U-Haul) will help, but you don't need that either. Same as oil cooler.
Intake Manifold, not necessary, but helps.
Good heatshielding and wraps, because you may burn other wires sitting by the turbo by accident.
That should get you to I would say 325-350 although those figures are Nominal and not actual. So, don't be dissapointed if you don't reach your goal. It just means you need more work.
Optional and for more power or just straight good measure,
Good brake pads. Crossdrilled or slotted rotors help. Depends and the kind of Racing you are doing.
New Cams
Better Crank
Bigger Throttle Body
Adjustable Cam Gears
Cryotreating the Gears
Control Arm bushings
Wrapping the Downpipe
Laptop Computer
Electronic Exhaust Cutout
A new clutch
Stall torque converter if auto
Supercharger
Nitrous Oxide
Intercooler Sprayer
Alcohol Injection, Water Injection, Propane Injection
Well, there you are. You may need more stuff, just work in that area. See what happens.
