I have been asked a few times as of late if the stock alternator pulley. "5 rib" will work with the Ecotec supercharger. I believe it will work fine....but not 100% sure. Could some one please say yes or no.

when using the stock 2.2 alt , YES
when using the kit recomended 2.0 LSJ alt , NO
^^^ Correct, Although I have heard no complaints as of yet about the stock 2.2 alt having any issues spinning backwards.
I already on the Alt list and this is my plan to stick with the 2.2 alt.
