is there a Inter-cooler Turbo Pipe Kit available for my 00 z24 cavalier or do I have to do everything custom??
your sh** out of luck buddy, no there is no one who makes a nice kit for our jbods. dont fall for that junk on ebay cause its not an actualy kit made for a cavalier and it WILL NOT fit nicely and look good under your hood. eveyrone makes their own and why not its not that bad and your gunna end up with what you want and if you spend some time with it you should be proud of it. when i did mine i just called Summit Racing Equip. and ordered about 5 180 degree bends, and 3 4 foot sections of straight pipe. i would recomend going with the aluminized exhaust tubing so there is no worries with rust. the most expensive thing you will have to buy is your silicone couplers, they arent exactly cheap. and dont go cheap with your clamps, dont use regular hose clamps cause your just asking for trouble. spend the extra money and go with t-bolt clamps, they run about 3 buck a piece through summit.
You could adapt the Hahn piping to work with your car (which you can buy directly from them), otherwise your going to have to cut and fabricate everything on your own.

custom is nice; its alwasy good to do the worl yourself. if you go with an ebay intercooler kit get different couplers. those ones are gonna split on you. goodluck bro

i think i will buy a universal intercooler kit.... or a side mount intercooler kit... andysautosports its only like 100 bucks.
