My buddy from the dealer is gonna order me a new sensor. We redid all the wiring so i'm sure thats not it. He's the electrical guy at the dealer he works for.

05extreme: What did you do that made the code go away?

ok cool thanks. I know mines wired like the instructions say. Think I'll pull the iat connectors apart again and double check them AGAIN LOL. This is all so weird cause all i did was move the harness aside to remove the charger

Well my luck just went worse! The *&^%ING radiator just blew. I can see the fluid running out the bottom

How many wires go to the tmaps? 4 or 5? What colors are they, List the tracer color to.

If you hold the negative of the DVOM on the bat. neg. and start plugging you will be fine. I was thinking scope. lol. 0v is ground, reference is 5. Test KOEO and KOER on both signal outputs and note your temp.

I don't see you blowing the radiator. Might want to check all your hoses. It could be one came loose or something punched a hole in it. The only way i see you blowing the radiator is one of two ways. And that is not enough antifreeze (which i bet you had enough) or two that you bottomed out somewhere hard enough to move something by the radiator causing the plastic ends to crack (In which i don't belive you would do either)

Yeah the radiator has nothing to do with the other stuff. It happened right after I went over a rail road track so thinking it jarred something. Its definitely not a hose as its coming from the center of the radiator. Gonna try pulling it sometime today or tomorrow after work

Are you intercooled? The ports on the s/c are pretty much in the middle area of the rad...

Nevermind, got my answer by going back to the first post Odds are a fitting is now loose, there's a lot more places to leak when you add the H/E.

I used green coolant in the H/E set up So I know its coming from the radiator. I can poor fluid into the reservoir and see and hear it running out of the radiator.

I can see a radiator blowing up. I've done it twice. Not on the cav, an eclipse. But it was always be the plastic part, so I upgraded to all aluminum.

I should add to my last post that doing those test would help the most if the codes are on. Soft codes suck to diagnose.
