hello guys im the guy from panama city panama ..  im having a huge problem  ending my boost project ..   turbo is smoking .. dont know why .. the turbo is fine  no shaft play or anything ..  one question   where do you guys put your oil drain line ..  i have mine  in the oil pan ,..  is  that a good place  ?    pics would be appreciated

There is a couple threads on this already. Most people have been going to the pan. Id look into how your venting your crank case preasure. There is a write up. I think its called Boosted pvc system or something along those lines, its got a ton of usefull info in there. Here is where I have tapped mine, im not up and running yet though.

sure its not the oil seal on the turbo putting oil in the intake

my drain line is like 1/8  .. is it,   too small ?
 
Way to small,should be about 1/2" or bigger. There is no pressure on the draining oil,it's just gravity feed back to the pan. That's your problem,your building to much pressure on your oil seal in the turbo from the feed line and getting oil in your exhaust stream. 
Also,do you have a restrictor in your feed line to cut down the pressure going into turbo? You want to cut the pressure down dependent on what style bearings you have in the turbo (ballbearing or needle)...

^^ what pressures would be ideal for journal bearing (20g)?

thank you guys for the advices .. i went  to  one local store and change that drain line to a 5/8 one  .. and problem resolved ..   ill post some videos   as soon as i get the car cleaned
 
for a journal bearing turbo a safe oil feed line orifice restriction of 0.060" (thousanths of an inch) should be fine.  i use this restriction on all my builds and ive han no issues.  if its a roller bearing type turbo then a 0.030" orifice restriction would be safe.
1/8 drain line may be small but with a restricted oil  feed line it may work.  before you waste your time changing your oil drain line put a restrictor on the oil feed side.  they should be all over ebay for different turbo application.  
if you have an oil feeding fitting thats steel, a cheap way of doing it is welding it shut and then using a drill bit that has a thickness of 0.060" to drill it out.
 
i have a mitsu turbo and it said no restriction is needed  or recommended can't remember not running yet but you have me thinking this over.

An inexpensive place to buy a restrictors is at mcmaster-carr - they have them listed under "orifices" You can pick up whatever you need with male/male NPT threads.
 
 
One more thing to add ---> in your picture, it appears that the axle shaft is rubbing on the return line.  you may want to try some alternative routing there.
