nice aaron! by the looks of it this thing is above the rest of the pack when it comes to hp per lb of boost. efficiancy is key in my mind and it looks like it turned out to be very true in ur cars situation comapred to others that made ~300wph. that would be awesome if keith can get that 325whp hes guessing he can once the afr's are taken care of.

I'm pretty sure you can make more on pump gas. This was done on just a fmu and turning up boost no hptuners when he did it so of course it took him more boost to make power.
WALBRO 255lph inline came in last night... thought it said 300... but oh well... just got finished installing it on my car... turned the FP down to 50psi @ idle.... time to test / tune once i get off work tonight....

Lemme know how the booster pump works with the walbro intank, same setup Ill be using. Did you upgrade the feed line as well or still stock lines?
Still using stock lines... the feed is almost a 3/8" line... so i really didnt see the need to upgrade it... i can tell you so far it seems way way more responsive on the bottom...

No sir I have not redynoed the car... but I have been running the car on 11psi on occasion but it seems as though the afr is leaning out still a little on the top of the power band... I just changed out the fuel filter hoping that was the cause of the restriction... ill test it tonight if it doesn't drop off then ill put it back on the dyno by the end of the month to see what it makes on 12psi...

That port job looks pretty aggressive... I hope you don't have the divider crack into the coolant jacket like we did!

...weak.
Hahaha totally kidding. Went out with Aaron last night for a bit. Even at 12psi on that AGP Zeta 3.0 turbo runnin the gm s/c ecu this car mobs.... It really comes alive at about 6k, too bad he has to shift at like 6,400 w/ that tune. Still has no issue lightin up those 10in wide tires even with the Team Green LSD on low boost! But soon enough HPTuners and a fresh ecu will be here!!! ...can't wait for that.
Mike, love the fab work. I know where i'll be going when i swap to the built LSJ and F23 trans.

the intake is very aggressive, theres more room to go on the exhaust side. where did u crack the head adam and what power level were u at when it happened?
thanks jim

It cracked in the #3 (IIRC) exhaust side just to the right of the point in the divider between the valves. We were suspicious of it when we took the exhaust manifold off and found rust. It was a very minor crack but we found it when we had the head pressure tested by our engine guy. Power level had to be around 550-600 WHP. I think a few others have ran into this problem too.

Only looking for 500whp... but lets just hope that doesn't happen... and I'm working on the HPT thing! Stupid GM reflash...

Jim, he is making a long tube header for the guys that want more NA, and for the blower guys. It should be started in a few weeks.
Hopefully with the mods days over at AZGMP about to begin again, I can get the blower on pretty soon, and we can have some highway fun.
Car was redynoed today and made 416whp on 16.5psi and 91oct and also made 482whp on 20psi and 110oct
tuned by Vince at Trifecta Performance!!!! Gained over 180whp from the previous dyno.... hoping for 500+ still...
