I have a 00 Sunfire and would like to turbo it, I don't really want to touch internals but I know I would need a different fuel system. What size turbo and psi of boost could I run safely on stock motor? It a 2.2 ecotec

The size of turbo will determine the amount of boost.
With boost, you need to realize that CFM is also very important.
This relates to volume, not pressure.
Many people are running T3/T4 hybrid turbos, I am running a MHI 16G.
Many "kits" come with a 16G or a 20G.
I would also let you know that not doing internals is just asking for problems.
Once you have boost, you always want more.
When running 6-10 PSI on a small turbo, it will be fun, but not enough!!!
Also, what kind of budget are you looking to have for your build?
Are you doing an EBAY build or quality components?
For fuel, RC Engineering makes many different sized injectors.
I believe my 750CC injectors were about $800 for 4.
However these are supporting 25 PSI and about 350 HP.
You will also need a fuel pump.
The Walbro 255 in tank works great.
