Just wondering what cold air intake you guys are using? since the throttle body it in a different location now.

Cut up an aem intake to make it fit or use the weapon r. the weapon rfits without modification.

With the stock s-tube... is it supposed to be pressed right into the battery? I couldn't get mine any further on and it's pressed right against the battery. It seems to me they're going to be rubbing against one another a fair bit now.

Ive heard something about the Eco cold air intake working, and lining up nicely, although you only need the end piece, not the whole kit.

i made a custom one from a honda civic wai and the S tube lol

mine clears the battery by about 1inch... only thing i could think of if your right against the battery is the black fitting piece that attaches to the throttle body isn't all the way on...or the S tube isn't all the way on to that fitting.... here just a picture of mine after the install... you can see the small clearance.

i have a 2.4l AEM intake i cut up and made it go straight down from the t/b. and i wrapped it with some DEI stuff and cut holes in my front plastic air dam where air would run near the filter .

that is how i had my intake lastyear, i had a 3" elbow comin off the s/c that went straight down about a foot maby a lil more, and i had teh filter on the end hanging under the radiator, i didnt extend it all the way in teh fender like smokin fire did, it worked out niceley, i took it off for the winter, and hvent put it back on, i have my injen shortram on right know,

The design is 3" aluminum intake piping, so all of the bends are mandrel. The shop that I went to, Pipes Performance, is primarly an exhaust shop, but they can order up most other stuff as well.

humm i might just make my own with some rubber connectors and some tubing so i can control how far down it goes... don't really want it sucking in water...
