I am looking into a lighter flywheel and was leaning towards spec's, but is there a cheaper one out there?

What kind of performance increases can one expect from a light-weight flywheel?
I would imagine it increases tourque to a degree..
Would it be considered a staple upgrade for anyone serious about their quarter mile times?
faster reving less rotational mass, there is an equation. Same principle as the light weight crank pulley. I will see what i can find for the formula.
