posting this in the morning during work time so cant check into it right now but curious about fidanza as a company and as a product. correct me if im wrong but i'll be running an 05 ecotec automatic here in the next couple months. and if im right i can use their aluminum flywheel right? not totally sure if you can with an automatic or not. and if you can run it with an automatic, has anyone used their flywheel and what is your opinion on it. thanks for any info guys, and girls.

I had it on my cavalier and loved it. I did a bit of research into it and it is a popular Flywheel not only for J-bodies but for Nissan, Subaru and many other cars. I looked into it for a couple months and no bad reviews. The only thing that came up was that you should really not buy the flywheel on ebay. They had a batch that had fitment issues and some one got a hold of them and was selling them on ebay.

No flywheel on an automatic... On an automatic you have a flexplate that the torque converter bolts to.
On a manual trans. you'll have a flywheel and clutch.

And with the flexplate it is extremely light to begin with as it has like 6 huge holes in it LOL
never checked to see if he had a manual. oh well..
