Hello,
My 99 z24 cavalier has 170,000 miles on it and is slipping gears. Usually when I drive on a curb at about 25-35 mph I hear a bad sound and I don't know how to discribe it. The mechanic said it's because the transmission is old, and I'm thinking it's only a 99. If the turn is a right or left curve, I hear that kliking sound.
Do you guys think if my car is worth 2,300 or 2,000 firm with konis?
i had a similiar problem with my trans slippin,i have a 98 cavz24 auto with 114,000 miles and all i did was drain the excess trans fluid and put some lucas in and no more slippin
