Had this on my 98 cav for awhile and is starting to throw the ETS off light all of a sudden wondering why?I run it in 1 all the time

are you using the wire taps that came with it? if so they may have a bad connection. I soldered mine in.
Any other evidence its the B&M causing it, other than you have one?

It's not doing it now and I still need to solder ,their just spliced and elect. tape,I know ghetto
