Isuzu clutch line leak.

Ok here's the story. Back in Febuary I replaced my clutch with an Exdy OEM. It all went good and I followed proper breakin. Then my master line started leaking. So replaced the master and line with a new Delco. I bleed it and it would work fine for about 2 weeks or until I would accelerate at full throttle and shift at 6000rpms when getting on the freeway. Immediately after it is spongy again. Engaging 1/2-1" off the floor. Well the last time I bought a Vacuum bleeder and used that and was perfect for about a month until I punched it and shifted it at high rpms again. So got to the store and checked for leaks. Its coming from the connector where the master slave lines hookup. It seems tight and only seems to leak at high RPM full throttle shifts. Does anybody know how to seal this better or why its doing this? Thanks for any help.

Don't let the punks get to you. If they can't say anything helpful its because they probably
have VERY LITTLE IF ANY MECHANICAL SKILLS . Talking crap is just their way of hiding that
fact. They figure the more crap they say the less likley anyone will know how dumb they are.

You could try using some thread tape when you put it back together, other than that i dont know.

Pull the disconnect apart and check the o-ring maybe. I saved the old GM female disconnect when I changed my clutch/slave and new GM master/line just in case the aftermarket slave disconnect didn't seal as good as the GM one.
